Who we are

Bright Lives of Florida provides exterior cleaning services — pressure cleaning, house soft washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning — to homes and businesses in Florida. This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

The estimate forms on this site ask for:

• Your name and phone number (both required, so we can reply)
• Your email address, if you choose to give one
• The property address or city the work is for
• The service you need, the property type, and anything you write in the message box

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

Only to prepare and discuss your estimate, to carry out work you book with us, and to reply to what you asked. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

• Resend — the email service that delivers your form submission to our inbox.
• Vercel — the host that serves this website and keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
• Google Fonts — the typeface on this site is served by Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Each of these processes the data on our behalf, under their own terms. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for up to 24 months so we can find them again if you come back to us, and job records for as long as tax and insurance rules require. Ask us to delete yours earlier and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Call or text +1 (240) 665-7436 or email brightlivesofflorida@gmail.com and we will act on it.

By submitting an estimate form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about that request. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below.
